“outstanding service and covid safety”
We spent 2 nights. Outstanding service from the front office and general manager to housekeeping. Impressive following of COVID safety measures by everyone. Room was very clean and comfortable. “Perfect for medical trips but lacks in comfort”
This hotel is conveniently located close to Vancouver general Hospital but uphill walk to get there. The bed was found to be VERY hard and the pillows so thick you break your neck trying to use them.
