“Exceptional service.”
Exceptional service. From front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff all were helpful, friendly and respectful. The Lobby restaurant had excellent food and a lot of specials.

“Best View of Vancouver from a Hotel”
The Shipyards district of North Vancouver is one of the most happening places in the entire metro area with over a dozen great restaurants, several museums and galleries and a good market. Instead of going for a day visit I stayed at the Pinnacle for two nights and really got to enjoy the Shipyards… more

Great place to stay…close to Londsdale Quay and multiple restaurants. Gorgeous water views. Don’t forget your swim suit…the full size pool is indoors and beautiful). “Staff made us feel like we were ROYAL”
We loved everything about this hotel. This location on North Vancouver was surprising quiet. We went to a conference and everything went smoothly. We had an amazing view of the harbour. The staff made us feel like we were Royal. We highly recommend and would stay again💖

“Power problem”
There is an unmarked light switch that cuts the power to the bedside power outlets! Our phone died during the night! So weird!!
