“New club lounge on the 34th floor.”
In the middle of our stay and they just opened the new club lounge in the 34th floor. It’s very large and seems to have almost a 360 view around. A nice light breakfast and very helpful service!

“Excellent stay and service”
SUDE went above and beyond by providing me a room request and a lovely basket goodies. She has superior customer service. A great asset to Marriott. Also shout to yhe concierge lounge to Billy and Ari team they are both hard working and amazing to all customers in the Marriott lounge!

“Beautiful location and impeccable service”
The hotel is in a beautiful location. The service was stand out especially from Jigar at the front desk. You truly went above and beyond for us and we so appreciate it!

“Sirens on burrard”
Unfortunately I was on the hospital side so the early morning sirens were not helpful so make sure you request the south tower. ( the one not on bursary street) However, Lily, the housekeeper was amazing. The facilities are also fantastic.
