Very comfortable & relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially at the front desk! The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds were nice and comfortable. Luckily they offer pet friendly rooms so we were able to travel with our dog and have great access to town and friendly neighborhoods for walks. The guest laundry was a bonus & breakfast was great too!

“OVERNIGHT STAY”

Stayed one night on route to Vancouver. Was checked in by lovely lady (Aachar) who was very accommodating. Nice room & bath. Comfortable beds. Nav very kindly lent us a kettle to make a cup of tea & also gave us the milk. Satisfying breakfast. Would recommend.

Nice room with very comfortable bed and soft sheets, good water pressure in the shower, friendly service, breakfast room is tiny and open to the lobby, a little crowded and awkward but food was good, this was a great option for our overnight stay on our road trip

There are a number of older, sketchier motels along this strip which I've stayed in over the past 5 years, as I have had to support elderly parents who live in Vernon; hence cost-effectiveness is important. I was happy to find the Quality Inn and I've stayed here numerous times. I enjoy the quieter rooms facing the back street and the solid breakfast. The beds are comfortable and there a plenty of decent towels provided. The A/C is most appreciated. The ladies here work very hard and are lovely. If you ask politely, you may get a very nice discount card at one of the local restaurants. However, my past visit had some real problems with room cleanliness. The old carpet is filthy and there was a musty smell. I ran a Lysol wipe overtop the carpeted area by the bathroom and you could see the black imprint of my hand. I think it is time for this hotel to seriously consider replacing the carpet with laminate flooring. This at least can be mopped (hopefully with clean water and disinfectant!!). The locally-sourced Kombucha in the fridge is a nice touch, but personally, I would have appreciated some gently-scented soap and moisturizer. Hotels are environmentally conscious regarding toiletries; the Quality Inn should then at least implement some higher-end products and add a body wash. The shower dispensers were tricky to use too. The hair dryer was broken and actually posed a hazard. The towel/linen replacement placard mounted on the top of the toilet should be glued to the back door instead - how can the toilet tank be properly wiped? A kettle with tea options would have been nice too. This hotel is a very good option between the grungy motels (I've stayed in most of them), and the much pricier properties in the area - but this place needs an overhaul. If you stay, then wear some flip-flops in the rooms. In all fairness, I did sleep well as the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Other guests were gracious and respectful plus this hotel was very busy which is great for the local economy.
