“Sales”
Very friendly staff, check in is quick. I like the suites as they are fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. The only thing that could be improved is the coffee in the room. There is only one bag and it doesn't make a very strong coffee!!

“Best value for a family”
We stayed here for a night with our three young kids and I have nothing bad to say. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel don’t bother but if you want a clean large room with warm hospitality close to downtown then this is the place for you. We will be staying here with the family again.

“Warm hospitality”
The recepation staff were very nice when we checked in and checked out, but the facility itself is little bit old. The room was spacious but old, the noise from AC was disturbing my sleep. The breakfast was ok. We had a breakfast back at reception desk.

Clean hotel with lots of old English style character, very friendly staff. We booked the Suite, it was a beautiful large room.
