Fantastic Xmas spent in Whistler. Hotel was great particularly reception staff, Katy was marvellous and so helpful . Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed with adara hotel back in June and did not have the best stay. Rhys, the manager, messaged us and offered a complementary stay to see if they could make it up. We agreed and returned septmeber 2025. I must say we had a very different experience! Upon arrival the staff was much more welcoming. The room was updated and absolutely stunning. The coffee was stocked well and the room was clean. The updated bathroom included a rain head shower which added to the spa like feel of the room. The location can't get much better. If you are staying with small children you should know it is on top of the long horn saloon but they do offer sound machines which worked wonderful on our first stay. Many thanks to Rhys for welcoming us back. We very much appreciated the different experience and will reccomend anyone stay here.

“Moose Head suite is cute but has problems.”

The Moose Head suite has more a kitchenette than full kitchen. One of the two cooking burners is under the cabinet so very difficult to use. The Moose Head suite has more a kitchenette than full kitchen. One of the two cooking burners is under the cabinet so very difficult to use. The fridge is smaller than the dishwasher, & the back gets covered in ice if the temp is raised more than halfway. The dining area consists of a table pushed against the wall under the stairs rendering it unusable. You would have to switch places with the coffee table and use the sofa to actually seat 6 people as provided seating is only a bench that seats 2-3 & 1 desk chair. Staff is nice & helpful, but we always had to ask for basics: We arrived to only 4 towel sets & 2 robes for 5 people, with no washcloths; We had to request toilet paper 3 times during our stay; We had to request basic components for the kitchen like dishwasher pods, dish towels, coffee, & enough cups & wine glasses for 5. The heating system was constantly challenging. You cook in the closed bedroom and freeze in the rest. We requested space heaters, but it took staff 3 times to send us one that actually worked as the first two were broken. Beds are not luxurious pillow top, & the top sheets barely reach the sides. The online video makes the room seem much larger than it is. The fireplace doesn't produce heat. The shower screen provides no privacy which made bathroom time challenging with the mixed gender kids. Again, staff is nice, the place is cute, but be aware of the limitations of this suite.
