Location: Halifax is the gateway to Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada. More than a transportation hub, this city has a vibrant economy and a wide array of tourist sights and attractions. “Very Pleasant Stay”
I spent five nights at the Best Western Chocolate Lake and really enjoyed it. I didn't have a car and was able to walk to places nearby or take the city bus system all around the city. The Best Western Plus Chocolate Lake Hotel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very busy during our stay with a group of youthful hockey players who were liking the halls for practicing their game. “Nice big hotel with great views of the lake”
We stayed here overnight and it was an enjoyable stay. There is good free parking and a great (included) buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially in the buffet. The rooms were large although the bathroom was a bit small. Overall a good place to stay
