“Good service outdated hotel!”
The staff was really friendly and always a available to answer my questions. The hotel is located in a perfect location if you are planning to enjoy the night life that Kingston has to offer. “Subpar breakfast-included option left bad taste at relatively expensive hotel in good location”
Poor breakfast left bad impression at relatively expensive hotel. After booking, we learned that the breakfast included option meant a cardboard box of food and a cup of forgettable coffee in a disposable cup. Hotel had buffet breakfast before that was much better! “Okay but not great.”
Good location but hotel needs updating. “Breakfast box” breakfast was not great considering the cost of the room. Had no idea there was a medical facility located on one of the floors in the hotel.
