The Delta Hotels by Marriott London Armouries offers a truly unique stay—an impressive blend of modern comfort and rich military history. The preserved architectural elements and curated displays of artifacts throughout the hotel give it a distinctive character you don’t often find in standard hotels. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a massive corner suite, and it did not disappoint—except for one small detail… it was not haunted, despite our hopes! 😄 The suite featured an enormous dining area, living room, and a mini kitchenette, making it feel more like an apartment than a hotel room. A bonus for coffee lovers: there’s a Nespresso machine in the kitchenette (our favourite!). We came prepared with pods from home since we enjoy multiple espressos in the morning—an inside tip for fellow guests! The two oversized bathrooms, each with spacious showers, added to the sense of luxury. One of the more unexpected highlights was the beautifully quirky, low-maintenance flower garden near the indoor pool—a unique and calming touch. The grand entrance is equally impressive, with tiered levels that create inviting spaces to dine, relax, or enjoy a drink. We also had access to the 20th-floor lounge, which was a fantastic perk. There was a wide selection of cheeses, warm dishes, snacks, and drinks, along with a great vantage point overlooking the city. A heads-up: alcohol is not included in the lounge offerings. A practical tip regarding parking for future guests: Skip the $40 valet and opt for the nearby lot with $10 max rate (we think). Learn from our mistake: parking on the street, across from the hotel, earned us a $50 ticket :( The surrounding area is a bit lively (expect frequent visits from emergency vehicles), but it didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable stay. We would absolutely return—especially for another chance to enjoy that spacious, one-of-a-kind suite… haunted or not!

We booked at the Delta London Armories to celebrate our wedding. We were completely blown away by the service that we were offered. From incredibly attentive staff to beautifully decorated rooms, this hotel offers the best service that I have ever had at a hotel. Every single staff member that we came across was genuinely excited to help guests. Special shout out to Robert Copland from the banquet staff that ensured we had an incredible experience in the cantata lounge. From serving a table of eight incredibly fast, to serving drinks that were not even on the menu, we were absolutely blown away with the above professional service that we received. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the banquet team went out of their way to bring a round table up to the restaurant so that we could all sit at the same table together and had linens on the table so that it feel more upscale than regular restaurant tables. It is details like this that make an event special. We decided to extend our stay by a night because we were so impressed with the service that we had. The room that we booked in was not even available, yet the front desk staff figured out a way to make it work that we could stay in the same room for another night. Every staff member that we came across congratulated us on our wedding, even staff that were not a part of the event. The staff here truly make you feel like you are the most important guest. This hotel is truly a one of a kind experience that effortlessly blends the history of this beautiful building with the modern upgrades that have been done. If you are booking a room, the junior suite is well worth the money. This same room at other hotels would easily cost you double what the Delta charges. We received an email that there may be noise due to renovations occurring. However, we heard absolutely no noise. Our stay was not at all impacted by these renovations. Somehow, this hotel is able to complete major renovations without impacting the guest experience at all. The staff at this hotel take personalized service to a whole new level. The service that we received here was on par with some of the best hotels in the world. This hotel takes cleanliness to a whole new level. Everything down to the tops of picture frames were cleaned pristine. The Delta London armories should be incredibly proud of the staff that they have, because they truly are the best of the best. “Good but expected better.”

Location is good. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My main gripe was that toilet paper nor the body wash were replenished. I would expect that to be checked each time housekeeping is carried out. Also, the temperature in the room is not regulated prop… more

Location is good. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, etc. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. My main gripe was that toilet paper nor the body wash were replenished. I would expect that to be checked each time housekeeping is carried out. Also, the temperature in the room is not regulated properly. During the day it’s cold and at night, when you want it to be cold, it’s hot and you wake up sweating. It doesn’t matter what the thermostat is set to.
