“We will stay again!”
Great location . Staff helpful and friendly and made sure we had what we needed. Motel is older but very clean, comfortable, with fresh towels etc daily. Great price point .

If your expectations are mid-to-low, and keeping in mind that the rates are extremely reasonable by Niagara Falls standards, this is a decent spot. Checkin/checkout was smooth, staff friendly.
