Great location, hotel warm and inviting, good choice of options for food if you don't want to venture out. Corner room on 17th floor has an amazing view and large space - highly recommend! Front desk a little lacking in their demeanor and the one elevator had an issue and was out of service but only for a small time - they fixed right away. Nice little sundries shop but there are so many stores and shops close by. Super close to WeGo bus and Incline Railway to get to Table Rock Centre. Valet was very nice and helpful, even though we didn't use them. Recommend this hotel!!!! Things happen here and there and pools can be full of people, etc...the hotel can't do anything about that.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview. The front desk staff, especially Aaliyah was very accommodating and efficient. Very clean hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

Booked this hotel as it was close to the concert that my friends and I were attending. Location is the main attraction. There is an indoor walkway to the casino so that is definitely a plus especially in the cold winter months. I deducted a star for two reasons. One being the check in process. Upon arrival the valet was very strict. It seems like he was very and I mean VERY serious about his job. We wanted to go check in and then come back to the car and park elsewhere. He said that was fine. The parking costs are extremely expensive! [Pro tip: park at the casino. there's an indoor walkway back to the hotel. We discovered that if you shop at certain shops ( for at least $50) at the mall attached to the casino you can park for free]. Anyway, back to the valet. After checking in, we told the valet we wanted to leave the car for a few minutes and drop off our bags. The valet said that we had to give him the car keys. There is no car key. It's a keyless car entry. He was adamant that we couldn't leave the car not even for a few minutes. I didn't see what the problem was. We could have left the car at the front curb, it was not in anybody's way. We wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes. He was insistent that if we didn't give him a key someone must stay with the car. It was interesting to note that upon check out, the valet at the time was fine with us leaving the car for a few minutes while we got the bags and loaded the car. The room itself is nice and clean. We were on the 15th floor with a street view and partial view of the falls. What we found odd about the room is the lack of lighting. There are no overhead lights in the room which made it quite dark. There were two lamps beside the beds but they were awkward to turn on/off. i.e. you had to get up and couldn't just turn on and off while lying down. There was another lamp on the credenza at the TV and another floor lamp but none of these lamps could be adjusted with brightness or tilted in any direction. Very strange. Not to mention the light in the front hall was the strangest of all. Just a little dinky ceiling light which did nothing at all. This is where the nespresso machine was located so it was hard to see with very little light. Also funny was that there were two light switches, one at the wall when you enter the room and another right at the wall where the nespresso machine was. Two light switches for the same overhead celling. We kept turning them on thinking it would turn on another light but nope, same little dinky light. LOL. The bathroom was also odd. No towel racks for face or hand towels. The only towel rack was inside the shower/tub. So we left the hand towels on the bathroom counter. The tub drain was also weird. there was a flip mechanism that need to be opened on it's side so the water would drain. It is not removable. We were all baffled by this as we've never seen it before. The room also has very thin walls. We could hear our neighbour watching TV very loudly throughout the night and it was VERY late. Also, in the very early morning they were playing music very loudly as well. If you are a light sleeper you may not tolerate the noise. Hopefully you can have a quiet neighbour. We did not. I suspect some people are not aware they are being loud or their neighbour can hear them. For people reading this, please be considerate and not have your TV or music playing loudly in the late hours and early morning. Overall, it is a nice place to stay at just some design features that doesn't make any sense. It is very convenient and that was the main reason we stayed here.
