“Beautiful Hotel”
My husband and I stayed at the Brookstreet Hotel in Kanata at the end of March for two nights to celebrate a very special birthday. “Lovely stay”
Very comfortable beds. Room was clean and staff were efficient and welcoming. Shuttle to arena and back was extremely convenient and right on time both ways.

“Rude staff”
The staff at the desk was rude when checking in and checking out. The floors were dirty. There was a spot of something sticky right next to the tub and what appeared to be pet hair slumped in a few spots around the furniture.

“Good hotel but awful location”
There is nothing around this hotel at all. It is a very ugly and barren environment. Your only options for food were their expensive restaurant downstairs or get food delivered.
