“Magic at the castle”
It’s the small , thoughtful touches that keep us coming back. David Struthers, director of the Gold Floor , and his team know how to truly create a warm welcome . “Fine Hotel”
This is an old and beautiful hotel in the heart of Ottawa. My room was pretty large and had a nice sized bathroom. I had a desk and a sufficient outlets. The public areas of the hotel are quite nice too. Service was spotty, with a dreadfully long check in experience. Still, this is a nice hotel.
