“Very good hotel”
Hotel was very nice. Quiet, nice room. Great tv. Across from the big museum and 5 min walk from Congress centre. Front desk staff excellent, shout out to Conrad for his excellent service. “Affordable hotel near Museum of History”
While I typically stay across the river in Ottawa, I had an event at the Museum of History and this hotel is in a perfect location right next door. It was clean and comfortable with good amenities on site. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Byward Market and there’s great bagels next door. The price here… more

“Fine if you have transport, if not stay in Ottawa”
The buses struggle to get here. Something about Ontario and Quebec. The hotel is ok but it’s just annoying that walking is the fastest option even if it means walking 25 minutes.

“Still room for improvement”
The rooms are spacious and are comfortable. Staff are friendly. However, some issues remain: 1: electric chargers are broken. We tried several times but still couldn’t charge. We had to download an app, pay a 20 dollar deposit just to use the chargers. Why not just use Circuit Electrique’s network?… more
