“Great Sheraton Hotel”
The hotel checks all the boxes for a great Sheraton hotel. The room was clean wifi worked well, tv worked OK. I am not a fan of the energy saver modes hotels now use on tv's as this is annoying when it turns off in the middle of a ball game. The room was cleaned daily. The Bonvoy perks were great. … more

Check in and check out were quick and seamless. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. “Comfortable stay in downtown Ottawa”
This is a comfortable hotel that is centrally located. Inside the hotel, it appears nicer than the exterior would suggest. The breakfast was excellent, with many fresh options and custom-made omelettes. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is out of service.
