“Great spacious room !”
Great spacious room. The breakfast is good too. This is a budget friendly and family friendly hotel. I would stay there again! Great location to explore Ottawa. Beds were comfortable. Overall great room and atmosphere. From my side is 5 star.

“long-stay visit”
Stayed for quite a long time in the hotel - around 1,5 months. Cool that they have small kitchens and you can cook. Beds are comfy and nice. The couch is middle comfortable for sleeping. Elevators are a bit slow though. The location is very nice.

“No longer a hotel!”
This was a great hotel when I stayed there a couple of years ago for Winterlude. It was conveniently located right by the Canal and City Hall. However, when I went to book it now, it appears that it has been converted into high-end condos and is no longer a hotel!

“Great place”
Stayed here for a night with my 3 adult kids. The place was awesome. Location is pretty good, can walk to Parliament building & downtown. Room was clean. Coffee/tea was provided here.
