“Emma was amazing!!”
Emma was amazing!! I planned a proposal at the Hotel and she went above and beyond with helping me plan the logistics and ensuring all went smoothly. Across my many calls with her / the hotel she was alway very helpful and patient.

“Emma is a legend”
Lovely atmosphere. We visited for my birthday Feb 24th and Emma from reception was so kind to us. she even gave my dog a little hat which he loves! Absolutely lovely staff all around. But a special thank you to Emma for making our experience extra special

“Fantastic experience”
Fantastic stay at Ace Hotel. All the staff were super friendly, the best! The breakfast and evening meals were delicious. The view from my room facing the dog park was amazing. Highly recommend.

“Conference Visit”
Great time, breakfast was good, bar is actually pretty nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly (shoutout to Ema)! My colleague had some issues with our reservation when we first arrived but the staff was able to sort it out very quickly which was amazing!
