We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Location is central in the middle of downtown Toronto. Close to everything and all attractions. “Family Weekend Trip”
All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The room A/C issue was handled by maintenance within 20-30 minutes of notification.

Great location, beautiful views, atmosphere was amazing. For first time we felt how it is to be Hyatt member, everyone was so helpful and nice. They make our vacation.

Excellent location to attractions, train stations, restaurants, etc. Starbucks is connected to the lobby, which was key. There are also 2 excellent bakeries within a block of the hotel. “I liked rooftop pool”
Good location with a neat rooftop pool. Water was warmer I expected it to be cold lol. Staff was friendly hotel had decent rooms and clean.
