“This place needs more love”
The room is large, furnished with a king size bed, very comfortable. However, the bed sheets are stained. “Not a pleasant Stay”
For a Novotel brand I would say this is a poor example of what they can offer. We didn't enjoy our stay. The staff on the front desk when we checked in were very rude, and continued to be rude during our entire stay. Which was 4 nights due to us attending the Grand Prix.
