“Great hotel and room. Kids loved it.”
Wonderful experience. Front staff able to accommodate our request to be on same floor as our son and his family. Room, hallways and common areas all very clean.Spacious rooms. Our small grandchildren loved the waterpark. Nice gym. My only thought to improve the experience was an adults only time 10… more

“The new paint made them angry”
I think the Reno's went to their heads. It was very fancy but hard to find a pleasant person working. There is no ice machine you are to bring the bucket to them or call for ice, but when you do it seems like an inconvenience.
