“Farewell to a Great Hotel”

With the sense of luxury that is also completely fitting of Vancouver, the Four Seasons Vancouver is a great example of a hotel done right. It's a shame that the hotel will close in less than a month, but I'm excited to see what the next Four Seasons Vancouver looks like. Booking: Since Four Sea... more

“Exceptional Room Cleaning”

The location is fantastic and the room was top notch, as expected. What I do want to specifically express is the room cleaning. I have possibly never had my room as well cleaned and taken care of, and usually I do receive fine service in that sense. I hope management takes good care of their staf... more

“Great experience with Four Seasons Vancouver”

We enjoyed our stay very much; from entrance with valet service, to check in front desk, clean and modern guest room, facilities and check out again. A memorable experience that we will repeat given the chance.

“Pacific Northwest”

Vancouver, BC CA was beautiful and the stay at Four Seasons made the trip more seamless. We love travelling before Christmas because all the area if festively decorated and it sets the holiday mood. Four Seasons' staff were congenial and knowledgeable when we asked for local goings on.

Frequently asked questions about Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver

  • Which services stand out at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver?

Featured services at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver are: Heating, Lift, Internet connection and Safe See full list of services at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver.
  • Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver has Internet connection for its guests.
  • Yes, guests at Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver have highlighted that: With the sense of luxury that is also completely fitting of Vancouver, the Four Seasons Vancouver is a great example of a hotel done right. It's a shame that the hotel will close in less than a month, but I'm excited to see what the next Four Seasons Vancouver looks like. Booking: Since Four Seasons does not have a loyalty program, paying cash is the only option. Fortunately, it is very easy to find inexpensive availability at this hotel. Since the Four Seasons Vancouver is not a member of amex Fine Hotels and Resorts, the Chase Sapphire cards will provide the best point-earning opportunities for booking. Check-in: The check-in process started a week before we even arrived, with the hotel calling us about our preferences and anything else they might need to know to prepare for our arrival. Once we arrived, we were immediately greeted and our car was taken care of by the valet while we checked in. Though normally there is an opportunity to pay a nominal price to upgrade your room, none was offered this time around since the hotel was full for the holidays, a fact that the check-in agent apologized profusely for. Once we arrived at our room, we found that the sofa bed had already been made, without us even having to ask for it, the first example of the staff anticipating our needs. Room: Our deluxe city-view room room was a good size, though it felt a little outdated, which can be excused since they're closing so soon. Though satisfactory, the room was probably the least memorable part of our stay. Amenities: This is where the hotel really stands out. The fitness club, which they call "club four," is a great space, with an indoor-outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas, locker rooms, and lots of workout equipment. Outside, on the terrace that surrounds the outdoor portion of the pool is a nice garden that evokes a sense of urban tranquility. You could also order food poolside, which was a nice feature. Another excellent part of the hotel was the Yew Bar, their onsite restaurant. they served a delicious brunch, and the service was good, albeit a little slow. Service: Service was outstanding as always, with staff being attentive and helpful. Once, when we needed the sofa bed reopened, we called housekeeping and someone was at our room within five minutes. Additionally, staff seemed very empowered to make decisions, so when we asked if we could have late check-out, we were immediately told that we couldn't due to the fact that the hotel was at capacity, but that we were welcome to use the fitness center and pool for the remainder of the day while they held our luggage. The one slightly low point to the service was the slowness of the restaurant and valet, but that could be excused since the hotel was operating at capacity. Bottom Line: As a fan of the Four Seasons, I am sad to see it closing in Vancouver, so I urge anyone who can to check it out one last time before it closes on the 20th. I'm excited to see what the new hotel will look like when Four Seasons finds a new space.
