“Pravin Exceptional Service”
Pravin went over and beyond. He advised the lounge chef of my companions dietary needs and they were able to prepare special dishes for my guests. “Pravin the concierge”
Pravin, our concierge, went above and beyond the call of duty. He took very good care of us. When I told him I was lactose intolerant and my friend was vegan he went to the kitchen and told them to make us a special dish. The kitchen made us a pizza that both of us could eat. It was very good.
