“Classy place worth staying downtown for”
I didn't expect a historic hotel to be so completely modern, with high end touches like Peloton gym equipment and a quality restaurant and separate bar. Also, the parking with in and out privileges worked seamlessly. Front desk staff were particularly warm. It's worth staying downtown to go here.

Beautiful old restored building right in the heart of K/W. Queen room was a bit spartan, but spotlessly clean and well-appointed - the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. “Great place to stay”
Rooms, Location, Atmosphere, cleaning. Staff and especially Israel was great. Relaxing. Peaceful environment, with a good restaurant with nice workers and music was very relaxing

“A cromulent stay”
A bit pricey for what you get, but overall a decent hotel. Location is convenient for access to downtown, but parking is a problem.

“Unhappy”
I would not return disappointed some of our requests were basic like linen or hot coffee and car-parking it was not acceptable we paid to park our car and staff were in the parks and we had to wait for them to move vacate there car so we could pay in our paid parking
