“Best Staff and Beautiful Hotel”

“Wonderful hotel and location from which to explore the island!”
The hotel, rooms, and food exceeded expectations. The pool is very small but was never crowded during our stay. There is construction taking place out back as they restore the beach, but the shuttle (or quick walk) to Jacks Beach Bar was actually an upgrade to me! Quick shout out to the staff that… more

“Sid was great with kids”
We took our niece and nephew there while visiting Cayman. Sid was great and played along with the kids as they enjoyed virgin Pina Colada’s and Mudslides.

“Not great”
We stayed here 6/29 through 7/3. Not a great experience. As a previous review mentions, the beach access is not available currently and the construction is an eyesore. “Beach renovation needs to be listed in all apps not just hotel websites”
I love this little Marriott so i came back after 10 years. I was disappointed to find out they have major renovations which if you are booking in bonvoy app it doesn’t alert you and other 3rd party sites also do not include crucial information if you are expecting to have direct access to the beach… more
