I stayed here for 4 nights in Jan 2019 (with 2 daughters aged 19 and 23). The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are basic but clean. The staff are very helpful. I like the pool area. It's a good place to cool down after desert sightseeing. Many of the day tours that we did in San Pedro involved early pick up at the hotel which meant, we missed the breakfast which was included in our rate. On those days, the hotel made up a take away lunch (bit like a school lunch bag - sandwich, fruit and a snack). Even on the day we left, they insisted on a lunch bag even though the tour company for that day would provide lunch. My compromise was that the sandwich wasn't necessary. This is only a little thing, but it was very helpful. My one (very minor) complaint is that the Wifi only worked reliably by the pool and in reception (not in the rooms).

We arrived at the hotel straight from the airport and were 5 hours early for check in. We arrived at the hotel straight from the airport and were 5 hours early for check in. The staff were welcoming and flexible - inviting us to enjoy a complimentary breakfast even though technically we weren’t checked in. We were able to check in 3 hours early which we really appreciated! Our room was large and comfortable but it was summer and a ceiling fan would have been great because the room was quite warm. The bathroom had good shower pressure and a bonus washing line in the shower that any traveller appreciates! The continental breakfast was good with fresh rolls from the bakery and freshly made juice.

Pros: - friendly and helpful staff - nice oasis-like setting - good price for the area - good location Cons - Issues with water. No running water for extended periods (so toilets wouldn't flush, etc). They had a… more

I stayed here, solo, in one of the private rooms, with shared bathrooms and showers. Pros: - friendly and helpful staff - nice oasis-like setting - good price for the area - good location Cons - Issues with water. No running water for extended periods (so toilets wouldn't flush, etc). They had a sign blaming the municipality for it. When the water *was* running the showers were great. - Wafer-thin walls between the (private, shared-bathroom) rooms. If you have noisy neighbours you may be woken up. - WiFi should be more widely available. The site is not huge.

“Not a bad place to stay while visiting San Pedro”

Some of the individual room are located in the property, by the side of the road. ROad noise, dust, not being able to open windows were some issues. Since I was leaving the hotel early in the morning to join tours, the hotel staff packed breakfast to take away, which was a nice touch. Room get hot … more

Some of the individual room are located in the property, by the side of the road. ROad noise, dust, not being able to open windows were some issues. Since I was leaving the hotel early in the morning to join tours, the hotel staff packed breakfast to take away, which was a nice touch. Room get hot in the afternoon - no air conditioning, no fans. A good place to stay while visiting/touring San Pedro area.
