“The Customer Service was amazing!!!!”

“Wish we had had more than one night at this lovely hotel”
We stayed one night here prior to starting a Trek Travel bike trip in the region. This hotel was totally delightful, from the quiet, well appointed rooms, to the breakfast and very helpful staff, who made an excellent dinner recommendation and booked a taxi for us the next morning.

“Good Service”
Martina de Goñi is one of the standard Hotel in Pucon. There the personal are friendly, The breakfast was awsome and was serving on time. I recommand people to go and enjoy everything that Martina's team offer in other for you to see how great my experience was. Five stars *****

“Great location”
We started our stay out poorly. Our travel agent had booked us a "standard" room, but it didn't have AC, and the window opened on to a main street. Not acceptable.
