“Great value”
We stayed twice at the hotel during our visit to Chile. Rooms are adequate and as expected. The people are the best and so helpful just great. Even if your Spanish is wanting you will be served well; and if a misunderstanding occurs, it will we rectified. The hotel is in an interesting neighborhood… more

“Nice new hotel - not the greatest location”
We stayed here for 3 nights on our visit to Santiago. The hotel seems to be brand new with some of it still under construction and not quite all the way operating yet (huge empty racks for a wine collection, no bar, restaurant not always open). The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English. … more

“Read this before you book”
Bad: The location is not convenient for tourists. Nothing is open Sat/Sun...not even any eating spot Breakfast is below average WiFi does NOT work most of the time Hot water in the shower is minimal Good: Staff is very helpful The chinese restaurant in the 2nd floor is VERY good
