Located in the slightly bohemian Bella Vista area, some distance from the centre. “Warm staff, cold rooms and water”
The location is great, and the staff are very friendly - they were very polite every time I had to report no heat in the room and no hot water, which was daily. They turn it off to save power, which might be fine at limited hours, but coming into a cold room after walking around in a Santiago Wint… more
