“Fantastic Experience!”
Went to the bar for a drink before dinner. Esteban was our bar tender… he provided a fantastic experience! So kind, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Could not recommend enough if Esteban is there!

“Nice and friendly service”
Nice friendly service from Claudia, Lucas and Francisco from La Murta Restaurant, dinner at the terrace had a peaceful atmosphere.

The location is in a residential neighbourhood with walkable distance to many restaurants. There is no drop off/ pick up area outside the hotel such that you need to wait outside for Uber rides. It was a good stay, it is a typical Novotel. The rooms are a bit used, the door seemed a bit flimsy. The pool is not worth it, also when we arrived they said: it was closed for maintenance. Really?
