“Basic hotel, clean, excellent value, friendly & helpful staff”
The hotel is a bit out of the way, but an excellent value for the price. The guys at reception are super friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning so they stored our luggage in a locked room. “Small well-run hotel close to a delightful area”
The hotel is close to the Barrio Italia, which is a leafy and pleasant part of Santiago, full of interesting bars, shops and restaurants. “Good hotel, great value.”
This is a nice hotel, in a good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the same block as the Santa Isabel subway station, making it easier to move around the city. “Great place to rest”
Great hotel, a step away from my favourite part of Santiago, Barrio Italia. I stayed 5 nights here are rested really well each night. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Maybe a little bit expensive but I would happily stay here again.

“It was very central to our needs.”
The double rooms are much nicer than the two-single bed rooms. Lack of an elevator was felt, but it was not a big deal for us. The breakfast, while simple, was more than adequate. Staff were tremendously nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
