“Disappointing in a good location”
This W Hotel is located in a nice area of Santiago, with plenty of restaurants nearby. As mentioned by other reviewers, the roof top bar has great views. The good: Staff/team were generally friendly and helpful Bed was amazing. Slept very well - super quiet hotel with minimal outside noise. Views were fabulous. The bad: Rooms are very tired.
