“What a wonderful host!”
Lucy's was one of the most welcoming houses throughout my South American trip. “Excellent”
Simple and clean. Lovely host. Good beds in warm rooms with good breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more. All family members happy after 5 day hike in Torres del Paine. Walking distance to restaurants and quiet at night. Recommend this one as one of better Chile stays.

“Wonderful home in Puerto Natales”
All round fantastic experience. Good location, close to bus terminal and a bit (few blocks) out of main tourist center. Everything's in walking distance. The owner (Lucy) is incredibly lovely and helpful and cooks up a great breakfast.
