My husband and I stayed here at both ends of our trip to Torres del Paine National Park, and we were surprised by how nice it was! This establishment is definitely more like a hotel than a hostel; we had a room to ourselves (I was so thankful we didn't have to share with complete strangers), we had our own bathroom in the room, and the bed was fully supplied with pillows and blankets. The room and bathroom were also extraordinarily clean. The shower water was both hot and had great pressure. Soap, shampoo, and towels are supplied as well. The bed was comfortable and very warm. The walls were a bit thin but we still didn't have any issues sleeping. The WiFi connection is slow, but it works just fine. Finally, the breakfast consisted of simple foods - cereal, toast, yogurt, cheese, and cured meat. Good place to stay - not luxurious by any means, but it definitely on the higher-end of hostels we've stayed in.

We stayed here on two separate occasions and can recommend it for Walk-Ins / independent budget travellers looking for a good deal and generous breakfast in Puerto Natales! If you are very very fussy about beds / would like to cook all your meals, we would not recommend it for that. Positive - Really good central location. Best value price we found in Puerto Natales, after asking around at many places. Has many rooms so it's especially good for walk-ins. Breakfast is super generous, we were always very filled and looked forward to it. Showers were very good and hot. Wifi was good, reaches the rooms. Average - Not able to use kitchen to cook (able to make tea/use the fridge though). There's a dining area and we used this to make sandwiches for lunch (avocado + cream cheese - easy and yum!). We ate at Patagonia Foods twice (Pichanga for 2 is amazing value and we had leftovers) Negative - The rooms and beds (on the bottom floor) are a bit old, the mattresses not in the best state. Because there's no windows in the bottom floor rooms, it smelled a bit musty and there was no natural light. This is the biggest negative of the hotel, do not expect luxury style rooms. You get for what you pay for. However, we slept well all the nights we stayed there. For improvement, we suggest a way to freshen the smell of rooms up, airing them out if possible. :) Thanks for a good stay, Don Guillermo! :)

“Ok”

A very average hotel. Dreary on the inside. Rooms are musty. Good hot water in shower. Very slow wifi. No laundry or laundry service. Big bummer after you have been hiking. Staff is nice though. Think there is better.

“Nice but overpriced”

I stayed here in January 2016. The room was nice enough. It was clean. There were no towels in the room. The WiFi barely worked. The breakfast was ok, similar to other cheaper places. Overall, it wasn't 'special' enough to justify the price.
