“Good place to stay”
Very friendly staff speaking fluent English. Located near fantastic restaurants. Wish if I stayed longer. Staff were so useful in helping me arrange taxi journeys to the depot.

“Nice hotel in Natales”
Good hotel, stayed at for one night in late March 2026. The check in was chaotic, the staff felt unorganised and it was a strange experience. The room was nice, although hot (cannot change settings on the radiator). The welcome drink was nice. Think there are probably some better spots in Nat… more

“Good quality and great rooftop bar”
Very clean everywhere and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice view over the sea and the mountains from the roof top bar (and also our room).
