“A cosy hotel & excellent value for money in Puerto Natales”

Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff even with a language barrier. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we did the W trek. Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff even with a language barrier. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags in the hotel whilst we did the W trek. The room itself was cosy, warm and had comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and was opened early for people getting the bus to the W, another unexpected bonus. Excellent value for money, would stay again (we tried to but not surprised that they were fully booked!)

“Basic but does the job”

We were only passing through town for one night so this place did the job. The location is very convenient in the heart of town right next to shops, pharmacy and a large supermarket. We were only passing through town for one night so this place did the job. The location is very convenient in the heart of town right next to shops, pharmacy and a large supermarket. The rooms are very basic but more importantly they were very CLEAN. The smell of cleaning product and bleach was a bit overwhelming at first but at least we knew they'd done a thorough job. Decent spread for breakfast. Reception staff friendly but no english spoken.

“Not great”

Not great experience. There was hair in the shower and some suitcase label on the floor. They also have us a super super hard time with the payment. They are very specific with the cards they accept. They do not inform you about the extra fees they would charge. If paying with cash, a tiny tiny lit… more

Not great experience. There was hair in the shower and some suitcase label on the floor. They also have us a super super hard time with the payment. They are very specific with the cards they accept. They do not inform you about the extra fees they would charge. If paying with cash, a tiny tiny little spot from ink will make the notes not acceptable, same if they are a bit older ones, I’ve never experienced that in my life. After checking many of our notes, they kept “the best” however 15 min later came to knock in our doors to complain about one of the notes (this happening close to 11pm - unbelievable). In the breakfast, I had to checked 4 cups to get one clean, same with the spoons. How’s this place a 3-star hotel? Quite loud right outside the rooms as well.
