“Great location”
Located in the downtown center makes it a great spot for walking to the mall, shops and malecon. Staff was friendly. Room was a bit small. Bed super comfy and the wifi worked well. “Outstanding hotel & restaurant ”
We found this hotel outstanding - great central location, easy walk to many attractions. The staff made us feel very welcome (even though we spoke no Spanish) they helped us with everything and nothing was a effort - thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable & relaxing. “Great hotel, nice people”
Very good facilities, perfect location for visiting Puerto Montt, staff is wonderful, they helped me with all my things. The only detail is that the room didn’t had temperature control, so the night was kinda cold.
