“Excellent”
Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to centre walk back up a small hill. Generous packed breakfast given for early starts. Room clean. Water machine in lobby plus bottled water in room everyday. No negatives. Would recommend.

We have stayed here before. Consistent, good service, attentive to needs, speak English, sense of humor was evident in all employees. Rate is reasonable. The Solace hotel is a recommendable standard tourist / business hotel close to the center of Puerto Varas. I had a junior suite which was quite spacious with a nice view over the city. This hotel is on a hilltop above the lake. No view of the lake or volcano. And not near any restaurants. Several options for eating in town, plus walk along the lake are within walking distance.
