“Fantastic hotel and amazing staff”
We visited Beijing for a conference and holiday - the staff were amazing! Very helpful, big shoutout to Jackson (Hold lounge) and Tommy on reception. Great recommendations for restaurants and tours.Simon on the door was very patient and helpful when booking Taxi.
