“First visit to Beijing”
I loved this place. They provided breakfast and it was delicious. Their selection of foods which consisted of many local foods. And their tea selections were delicious. The only complaint I had was they do provide irons in the rooms. But their services were very good and so was the area.

“Clean, comfortable, well located.”
A very nice hotel, with spacious, clean rooms and a lovely garden. Very good breakfast with several fresh cooked items. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located close to the metro and quite a variety of restaurants.

“A great property - albeit a bit outdated”
We spent three nights at the New Otani Chang Fu Gong. A family of four, we had two connecting rooms. Everything worked well but you can fell the years on the property. “Dated.”
The hotel was fine. It did its job on having a place to rest our heads at night. The hotel/rooms had a smell of dissection chemicals… thankfully there was an air purifier in the room that helped.
