“Great Service”
This is my third time stay probably and it is the best stay. Well, the hotel is close to subway and easy access to East Station and Airport. Room is spacious and clean. “Decent Spot”
Spent four nights there two weeks ago. Conference rooms were reasonable. Interesting perk was that the room had a clothes washer/dryer, ask for "powder" at front desk. The restaurant serves decent food and the bar service was friendly and quick.

“Not catered for western travellers - Not Aloft as advertised”
Be careful booking this. Name and pictures are out of date. The hotel is no longer ALoft. It has been split into 2. Mercure and All Seasons. I thought I was booking Aloft but I got confirmation for All seasons hotel. That being said it's not all bad. Pros - great Location - rooms are only a… more

“good location in Tianhe but average atmosphere”
Wait quite a long time to check in. Rooms are not pleasant, decoration very sad in colors Quite a lot of noise around Breakfast very much average Will not come back there as the price is not cheap vs. Westin close by.

Company held events there for 3 days. Check in staff was very friendly but only able to check in around 2 pm plus. Room was ok. Clean and need.
