I wish to commend Ascott GZ for their responsiveness and willingness to provide assistance. we required help to secure restaurant reservations in advance as we were traveling in a large group, and also assistance with locating our Taobao packages when some of them were mis-directed. No request was considered too minor. They also responded promptly to email queries prior to our arrival. Our group of 20 felt looked after. Although the location may not be as convenient or being in the thick of all the action as compared to basing yourself along 北京路, the amount of space in the apartment makes the stay comfortable especially if you do not intend to be out and about the full day.

“Above and beyond. Totally awesome service!”

Unexpected adventure! Other than the rooms being totally spotless and spacious, my spouse tripped and sprained his ankle outside the hotel until a tennis sized ball swelled up. Unexpected adventure! Other than the rooms being totally spotless and spacious, my spouse tripped and sprained his ankle outside the hotel until a tennis sized ball swelled up. We were very touched two hotel managers Mr Gan and Bruce (sorry didn’t get his surname) came up to check on us. Mr Gan even personally massage and applied medicated oil to his ankle. What was more unexpected was that when the pain and swelling became worse, the 2 managers from the hotel followed us all the way to the hospital, accompanied us throughout the “experience” in the hospital. We were also accompanied back to the hotel when the X-ray shows no fractures, only a bad sprain. Such great service! 无微不至！The hotel staff went above and beyond, reassuring us throughout the trip. Without them, we would be totally lost! 🥰

“Great 3 nights experience”

We came for the canton fair and spent 3 nights in this hotel. And based on my experience with other hotels during my stay in Guangzhou I highly recommend it. Great hospitality, Very Clean, Great Customer service, friendly staff. Great overall hotel!

Our first nite was in the non- renovated room which really looked tired. Since we were a group of almost 30, we requested for at least a couple of new rooms. The experience was much better.
