Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is very clean, and the room design is excellent in my opinion. We stayed in a family room, which easily accommodated our family of five. The room and amenities had an animal theme, which the kids absolutely loved. All the staff—whether at the lobby, restaurants, luggage storage, or housekeeping—were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our package included daily breakfast at the Tiger Restaurant, a couple of dinners, and a few miscellaneous items. There was some initial confusion about what was included, but the staff patiently addressed our concerns and clarified the details. One of our daughters is very scared of clowns. During our meal at the Tiger Restaurant, a clown came out to entertain the guests. Upon our request, the restaurant staff kindly asked the clown to leave our area. On subsequent visits, the staff went above and beyond by arranging quiet or even secluded tables for us to ensure we wouldn’t encounter the clown again. On one occasion, one of my daughters became very tired shortly after dinner started, so I took her back to our room. About 45 minutes before the restaurant closed, I was busy putting the kids to bed when the restaurant manager, Mr. Zeng (曾俊坚), called to check if I would be returning for dinner. He even offered to refund the dinner credit so we could use it another night if we couldn’t make it back. Considering that the Tiger Restaurant is a large venue with over a hundred tables, I was deeply impressed that he remembered our situation and took the time to reach out. A big shoutout and thank you to Mr. Zeng and all the other staff at Chimelong Hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely return if we visit Chimelong Parks again!

Anazing hotel,with lots of white tigers!,it was huge,but be careful,I had to gey up early for breakfast so I could sit and watch the white tigers!I'd your 1 your bullied by the Chinese with family's i had put my case there, ready to sir down,I got my food Thatcham self-service,not everything is pork!that's why its self service,when I came back I found another family sitting they're,!despite saying I was they're, they mived me somewhere else so I didn't make a fuss,it should of been them who moved!I was the only white European person there,and I didnt mind but the staff could of been a bit more helpful, amazing hotel, huge space and rooms, shuttle buses into the park free of ur staying at the resort

The hotel complex is huge. We went on a normal weekend so wasn’t full at all so not all the shops were opened but that means it wasn’t as crowded. We needed a family room that fitted 4 plus a double room and an extra bed. These two types of rooms are in seperate towers (there are 9!!). One of the more experienced receptionists helped us by downgrading the family room to a smaller one but then upgrading the other standard room to a better one so it was in the same tower and level which was lovely. We had to request several times because the basic receptionist kept saying there was nothing she could do. Getting the theme park tickets you had to go downstairs so if you have two adults I would suggest start lining up when one checks in if it looks busy because there are not many counters and some people have a lot of questions. The white tiger restaurant for breakfast was a highlight just as everyone said. The ‘food court’ is really yummy (esp the buns and fried dumplings and noodles) and great service for that price. The unicorn restaurant was pricey but for a resort it was expected. The massage was well worth it after a full day on your feet. Payment we WeChat pay is easiest but we had Alipay being foreigners which often incurs a fee but I’m just glad I could pay! Overall wonderful first time experience.

“Nice hotel”

We stayed there for 2 nights and overall was a pleasant stay. Although the hotel is a bit old, this is very convenient if you are planning to visit the zoo and the Waterpark. The room is quite big and there is a balcony. Bottled water is provided. Staff were helpful.
