I stayed at Kaiserdom hotel ,Airport branch at Guangzhou China , from 29 September 2025 till 14 October 2025 . This is one of the best value for money budget hotels ever in my many years of my travels around many countries . I paid only Singapore $15 per day, which is equivalent to Us $ 12 per day , which is really great value for money . U can book this hotel from tripadvisor or trip.com This is a perfect place to stay, if u want to go snow skiing at Bonski snow ski at Sunac shopping mall often , since its just 15 minutes away by didi car ride (equivalent of Grab car ) . This hotel is also a great place to stay if u want to be nearby to the Baiyun International Airport , which is about 13 minutes away by Didi car . There is a subway station at nearby Baiyun International Airport , which allow u to use subway to travel to all around Guangzhou . What i love about the place is that 2 of the room cleaning aunties are very friendly , and were willing to help me wash my clothes several times during my stay . And of course I happily paid them for their help in washing my clothes , since i was only focused on trying out all fun interesting places at Guangzhou, and I dont have time to do the clothes washing myself . One of the room cleaning lady even helped me to unchoke toilet bowl, when i threw too much toilet paper into the toilet bowl. One negative about this hotel room, is that there is NO bidet in toilet of the hotel room, so i had to use the toilet paper provided . The hotel room has router or modem inside the room, so I happily used my Lan cable , to connect my mini computer to it, which allow me to get good quality internet, which is much better than wifi . The Wifi internet provided which i used on my cell phones, has reasonably good signal . The front desk staffs are very friendly , and i spent much time chatting with them in Chinese mandarin language , and making friends with them. The English language proficiency of front desk staffs is moderate only , but i noticed that the front desk staffs are very helpful to other guests in helping to book private hire cars and taxis, and lending weighing machines to guests to weigh luggage bags, and in helping guests in other ways . I even gave one of the male front desk staffs my almost brand new shoes, because the new shoes i bought at shoe shop was too small for me , and also my luggage bag was overfull already when i was leaving , and i was very happy with hotel service from staffs . The room i got did NOT have smell of cigarettes, even though i did NOT managed to get non smoking room. The room size was bigger than expected and aircon temperature could be adjusted finely, giving me very nice wonderful sleep every night . There are many electric sockets around room, which enable me to charge up my electronic devices. Shower /toilet room is very large and shower area has glass door. There is huge space to put my toiletries at toilet sink and water tap area . Shower hot water heater can be finely adjusted to give me nice warm water for shower, so i really enjoyed my shower every day . Bed is huge and so wonderful and soft for sleeping . There are street food carts nearby selling hot cooked food, and also many Chinese restaurants nearby . A few metres away from hotel is a seven eleven type of convenience store (Not seven eleven store but similar ) . Nearby are also street carts selling fruits, and a large supermarket .
