Very nice and comfort Hotel apartment in GhounZhou. Friendly staff..very good service. This is one of our best stay in Ghounzhou.Highly recomended when you are in Ghoungzou for 3.4 nights stqy...We will definetly stay here more and more when we got chance to vist china.

Stayed for 4 nights last week. The 1 bedder apartment is very spacious and actual unit was a tad less bright than what the pictures portrayed. Overall, the unit is comfortable except that the mattress was rather hard ( individual preference) and there was no option for a topper. It happened to be a mosquito season and despite being on the 18th floor, I was bitten. The management did place some repellant in the unit which helped slightly. The washing machine was useful but the dryer function did not work. Reception staff and security personnel were friendly and helpful. They helped us order delivery food as being foreigners, we were unable to use the food delivery app. They also assisted in hailing cabs for us from the main road which is a short distance away. There are some shopping malls and many restaurants in the vicinity.

Springdale Service Apartments Guangzhou We spent two nights at Springdale while visiting relatives in Guangzhou. We had taken a bus from Shatin in Hong Kong where we live and were dropped off across a major road from Tee Mall. We were within walking distance to Springdale but did not know it. Taxi was 12 RMB or less tha US$2. A disadvantage of Springdale is that taxis cannot take you to the front door. Springdale in in the Tian He area. Tee Mall is the anchor of this area and has been around since the late 1990's. Tee Mall is about a 6-minute walk from Springdale.There is a Sheration across the street, a Marriott ten-minute walk away and there are several multi-story malls nearby. We were in Room 503. It is a studio. There is a king bed, comfortable. The room is entirely clean. There is a card table with two chairs for working and eating. There is a room safe, a tiny refrigerator, iron and iroing board, an umbrella and a full kitchen with a corkscrew and wine glasses. We used the electric water kettle extensively. The television is big and has CNN, Hong Kong TVB and BBC plus dozens of Chinese channels. There is a WiFI router in the room. There is also a washer in the balcony which we did not use. There is no clock in the room. There are some electrical outlets but not nearly enough. Water pressure is good but one evening there was no hot water. There is daily housekeeping service. While the staff at the front desk was unfailingly helpful, the housekeeping staff was not overly cooperative. Studio rooms get one breakfast per day so we use two tickets for our breakfast the second and last day Without tickets breakfasts are 60 RMB. The buffet is very extensive with mainly Chinese dishes. I especailly enjoyed smoked duck breast which I put on noodles. The breads leave something to be desired. The coffee machine also. I think one would get full but not enjoy this breakfast. While within a 12-minute walk you will find hundred of eateries, directly across an alley is Victoria Tower 101 with six stories of restaurants. Before you cross that alley is a 7-11 and a Family Mart. You cannot go hungry here. The metro station is about 400 meters away but you have to fight through thongs of people to walk straight. Here is my opinion: while Springdale has just about everything a traveller needs, the feeling is cold and not homey.
