“Neat little hotel”

Neat little hotel and nicely located if you are a business traveller. Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception tried to help out as much as they could but the staff speak little english. Neat little hotel and nicely located if you are a business traveller. Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception tried to help out as much as they could but the staff speak little english. Morning buffet was good enough. Excellent Wifi. The only problem i faced with the hotel was with its restaurant. The portions were enormous ! Couldnt finish a single dish.

“Great Hotel ”

The hotel room is good, the facilities were clean and tidy. Not many people speak English, but were happy to try and translate using their phones. The hotel room is good, the facilities were clean and tidy. Not many people speak English, but were happy to try and translate using their phones. David from the breakfast buffet restaurant was so helpful, he was able to speak English and understand where we wanted to go and helped us by writing instructions for the taxis. David is a very kind and caring person. The reception staff are lovely as well. The buffet food was great there was a wide range of western and Chinese cuisines. Guangzhou is good for clothes shopping especially for those buying in bulk.

“Not for foreigners......no english spoken...strange breakfast options”

My customer booked me in this hotel for one night only...thank God....room was fine,no complaints but everything else is typical Chinese.....No decent breakfast for foreigners.No English spoken.....huge place, looks like a factory

Location: is decent. seven eleven and other conveniences is not walking distance but not too far.. If attending any exhibition in the Pazhou area then cabs are easily available and distance is not too far. During canton they have free shuttle 3-4 time morning and evening . Rooms: Not too great, very average.. You are lucky if you get a room in their new building. We insisted at time of booking and after reaching there.. And we were given one. They are better than the old tower rooms. But nothing great. Just livable Food: Western breakfast options are good, you get decent tasty breakfast not elaborate. Tried dinner also one day, that too was fine. Ordering can get difficult if you don't know mandarin but then some staff would know English and come to your rescue Service: The best part of the hotel and which makes it going. From each and everyone.. From the reception, to restaurant to house keeping will make lot effort to make you comfortable. Their chef leaves and restaurant closes at 11pm, so night staff was courteous enough to order some fast food for us through an app. Plus they also help you get cabs through their phones so you can travel safely. Kudos to each staff of the hotel who are helping their guest willfully.
