“Comfortable hotel, good access to the subway”

“Great hotel”
Second time stayed here. Excellent service! Special mentioned to the lounge staff miss 初！great experience! Will stay again for sure. 体验非常好下次还会再来. Breakfast is also good! Received the room upgrade. Room is perfect clean, fairly new facility!

“Great hotel, great location”
Great hotel centrally located with a metro station right next to it. The atrium within the hotel was magnificent providing a very spacious feeling. “Nice hotel with good staffs but 'WORST FOOD'!!!”
I stayed there for one night. Staffs were really nice and supportive. The room was clean and new. The problem was the restaurant. Their Japanese restaurant was not open yet, so I went to dinner buffet, which was CNY550, a bit pricey even for Shenzhen. The opening hour for dinner was from 6 to 9 PM… more
