The Superior Rooms they have listed as 20 m2 have no windows. Make sure to book the Deluxe Rooms or above as they do have windows. It's actually quite deceptive how they advertise the [Queen-size or larger] with [No window] displayed prominently in the title, but their Superior Rooms don't have that [No window] tag, leading us to believe the Superior Rooms have windows. They only list the no window feature in the fine print.

First impressions count and the first impression of this property will probably always be negative for anyone, which is a shame, because there are a LOT of positives, but alas, they are almost all wiped out by the negatives. Firstly, despite the name, this hotel is nowhere near Shenzhen Railway Station. It's either a 20 minute bus ride or a 25 minute walk from the station and the walk includes many complicated underpasses with no escalators. Not much fun with luggage. When you get to the property, you have to climb up steep stone steps to get to the front door, where you'll find the hotel lobby is shared with all the other businesses in the tower, some of which are questionable "gentlemen's spa" facilities. I'm sure you can work that one out. The staff are exceptionally rude even by Chinese standards. There is barely a word of English spoken by anybody and the four staff on duty ignored me and carried on doing whatever busy work they were occupied with. I stood there for 10 minutes just waiting to be checked in as they all looked at their smart phones. Astonishing. There are several room options, so be careful what you're booking. Some are windowless on lower floors. The better rooms are located on the 15th floor and they are exceptionally good. In most respects. The problem is they aren't sound proofed in any way shape or form. You may as well be sleeping with your next door neighbour as the noise is astonishing. The room to my right had their TV turned up to full blast to around 1AM and then when they woke around 7AM, they blasted disco music at full volume until 10AM. The other side of me were having some sort of game with the light switches. The walls are so thin that you can hear every click. They were switching them on and off and on and off and on and off for most of the evening and night. Plus, you'll hear every word uttered and every single sneeze, cough and you can imagine the rest. Not just from the rooms either side, but from the corridor, too. This is such a shame because the rooms are modern, well laid out, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The beds are super comfortable with spotless linens. The bathroom/shower/toilet are all clean, with spotless towels shrink wrapped to show they're fresh. The three are divided into three spaces and the hot water pressure is excellent. There are good amenities too. The rooms comes with a kettle, tea and 1.1L of bottled water per day. WIFI is a huge issue. It's free on your computer with a password provided, but for your smartphone, you have to log in and then get a text sent to your phone. It doesn't work with international numbers, so you'll need to get the desk staff to sign you up. Hard when there's no English spoken. The WIFI is highly temperamental anyway. It 'freezes' for long periods. Breakfast is appalling. I promise you there'll be a row with the staff about whether it's included or not. My booking was super clear that it was, but they insisted it wasn't. In the end, I didn't care as it was inedible. No coffee, no juice, no fruit, no type of bread. Just Chinese options and some cold, congealed fried eggs. So even though I paid as part of my rate, I didn't get a thing for my three days. It's served in a grubby roof top restaurant that looks filthy, as does the open kitchen. Don't bother paying for it. Shop for your own stuff locally. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience. The 15th floor rooms are so nice, but they're let down by so many problems. This hotel really needs to get itself sorted.
