“Exceptional lounge service”
The executive lounge is extremely busy today, but the staff maintain smiles, patient and composed, keep providing genuine service that makes us feel at home. Special thanks to Echo, Saskia and Carrey. Really appreciate , and we will definitely come back again

“Very pleasant stay”
Very pleasant stay, service and housekeeping staff were always friendly, cheerful and patient. Special mention to exec lounge staff Echo and Coral for their very attentive service, concierge Gabrie for patiently helping us navigate and booking robocab. Thank you for the excellent service!

“LADIES TRIP”
Sheraton Nanshan is in the university town. We reserved a room with 1 King bed but they kindly upgraded us to a suite. It was spacious and well decorated. “Great Stay”
Loved my stay! Checking in was the only mishap as they weren’t able to find my reservation in a timely manner, although a staff member named Echo made it all up by the end of my stay! She’s awesome!
