I was on a tour with On the Go Tours - I didn't book direct. The location is fabulous. Next to a foodie street - so lots of options from 'street food' to restaurants. “The location of this hotel is very close to night market and restaurants”
The lobby of the hotel is "grand-ish" and well maintained. When checking in, we were served with Chinese tea and warm towel. Lifts have attendant! “Room temperature too hot - 27 degrees on a day maximum of 18 degrees. Unable to adjust thermostat. ”
We checked in at 6 30pm. Pleasant staff. We asked for non-smoking rooms,but one of the 3 rooms stunk of tobacco smoke. Fortunately, the hotel was not full and a replacement was given.
