This was my 4th time staying in this hotel this year. The location was good with a few minutes walking distance to the Fortress Hill MTR station, and a lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The room condition was good and spacious. Housekeeper worked very hard cleaning my room. I booked the room through Jennifer Lau. She was helpful, paid attention to my needs and assigned a quiet and spacious room in the East Wing to me. Thank you Jennifer for her hard work.

My wife and I recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to the front desk team, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and we are so grateful. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. It’s conveniently situated with easy access to everything, and we loved that there were so many wonderful dining options just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so much fun and hassle-free. Thank you for making our celebration so perfect. We will definitely be coming back!

We just wrapped up a 5-week stay here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and honestly, it flew by. Starting with location because it's such a huge plus — you're right by the harbor, it's a short walk to North Point Pier, and there's even a little covered play area for kids. Tons of restaurants around too, both western and local eastern food, so we never got bored of options. My favorite part though is the covered bridge that connects straight from the hotel to the bus stops and MTR station. On rainy days that is a lifesaver as you don't even need an umbrella. We stayed in the Alexandra Suite, 2 bedrooms plus a living room and small kitchen/dining space, a little over 600 sq ft. Soundproofing and blackout curtains were great, which we really appreciated with two kids on totally different schedules. Only complaints, if I'm nitpicking, is the layout is a bit of a maze in parts (we counted 14 turns just to get to the pool lol), and the suite has some odd partition walls that make it feel a little chopped up. But family suites this size are hard to come by, so it's a great option if you've got kids. Now the real highlight of our stay was the staff. Our housekeeping crew (Cat and team) was incredible! She was so proactive about making sure we were comfortable, and anytime we had a question or an issue, someone responded within minutes. Our stay included breakfast at the cafe and I went down for coffee just about everyday! The cafe staff deserve a shoutout too. The hostess remembered us by day 2, I couldn't believe! The omelet chef was the best! You could just tell the whole team worked really well together every morning, helping each other out and were always polite. Despite the few quirks, the location, the room, and especially the people, made this stay very comfortable.
